Final Fantasy IV - Song of Heroes vinyl announced for 30th anniversary

Final Fantasy IV was published by Square for the SNES in 1991. As the first Final Fantasy release on the system, the game was a remarkable step up in terms of graphics, story-telling, and especially music. Nobuo Uematsu utilized the sample based S-SMP chip produced by Sony to compose classics such as “Theme of Love” and “The Red Wings”.

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Final Fantasy IV, Square Enix is releasing a special vinyl, Final Fantasy IV- Song of Heroes. The disc contains 8 songs, half of which are new arranged tracks, while the other half has the original SNES game’s versions of these songs.
